Advanced Facilities Maintenance do not pay their vendors. If you are a subcontractor, do not accept any work orders from them - you will not get paid. If you are a customer of theirs - beware, sooner or later one of their subcontractors will come to you looking for payment for services rendered, and may even file a lien against your property. This is not an honest or reputable company to do business with.

Advanced Facilities Maintenance Corporation I completed work for this company Novemer 2013. It is now May 2014. Every call was a new excuse for non-payment, followed by promise of check being released a certain day. When you call supervisors and owner not available. Do not expect call back either. This company is increasing it's profit by not payment to vendors. I experienced the same run arounds as other vendors in the past. My recommendations would be to not get need this company if you need payment for your services. Nationwide
