To make a long story short, they turned me over to collections and told me they reported me to the credit bureaus when they owed me money. Then, when I reported them to BBB, they called me to apologize and tried to blame it on an adjustment with the insurance company.

The insurance company had nothing to do with it. It's funny. They were so meticulous with the finances of my second visit, showing I owed them money. Yet, they totally blew off the finances of my first visit showing they owed me even more money.
