We established a reseller relationship with AIT in October, 2004. For the first few weeks, all was well.

However, we began experienceing problems with availability in mid- November. We experienced extended outages, were promised movement to a new server, etc. This never materialized.

We were informed of "massive outages" by AIT technicians on numerous occassions and told to obtain better service to subscribe to "Premium Tech Support", which we did. Still no improvement on service. It only confused issues further.

The problem continued to increase such that we were unable to move any additional customers to the server and after continued empty promise and failure to obtain access to Management. An outage occurred from FEBRUARY 28, 2005 and was never fixed and after failed committments and 168 hours of downtime, we attempted once again to contact the CEO.

After we confirmed with "helpful" AIT technicians some items we consider deceptive and "lies of ommission", Another attempt to contact the senior managment at AIT were futile and unanswered.

We finally were able to contact the Accounting Department and a full refund was "loosely" assured. This company continued to bill us while the system was down.

While our expectation of an equitable refund was expected, we were informed today that only a partial refund would be given. That portion that was actually charged during the outage, amazing.

The result is that we have been ripped off of over $700.00, and accumulated over $5,000.00 of internal expense due to the lack of service and delayed critical business issues that could have been avoided had we worked with any other provider.

The assertions made on the recorded messages are misleading and not accurate. There are some good people there, but they are frustrated and are quick to explain the truths about the operation.

Beware of this company, if you intend to do any serious business with serious clients.
