Advanced Lamps, LLC. Does Not Honor Warranty, Impossible to contact, Slow to respond, Slow to process Orders Meriden Connecticut

 First Purchase order was January 2 2013, Item was back ordered and finally arrived March 18 2013. Product did not perform well and failed during Warranty period. Notified Company Immediatly on June 1 2013, sent item back on June 5 2013. was told for the next month and a half the product was on order and would be available in 7-10 days...Four times!! I finally told them after the fourth time to have the product in my possesion by end of business July 19 2013 or I will use every consumer resource available to report their behavior. The worst part is..this Business Displays a "In Memory of NEWTOWN" Banner on their website....that is why I was drawn to them. I feel it is a dishonest Ploy!!
