They called me at home at dinner time, I listened to a 15 minute speech and was about to agree until i found out it was a pre-deposit card. How will that help me? So I then said no. They put on a supervisor to change my mind. I wouldn't, then low and behold we got disconnected. I didn't worry about it again.

The next day my acct. was debited for $19.95, i called and asked why? I to got the run around. Due to high volume leave your name and number and we will get back to you. no one ever called. Then i got the package in about 10 days. I called as soon as i got the package to cancel. They told me it should be in enough time.

But 4 days later they took $59.95 proc fee. and the $99.95 annual fee. I was furious. I have followed all the rules to get my refund back. Still after 5 months i have not sent any money back. They tell me now i've been approved but still haven't seen it.

I told them i will be calling them twice a week until i get my refund. and have done so every week since.

Maybe they will get so tired of talking to me, i'll actually get it. Why does this always happened to people that can't afford it. Being a single mom, struggling. This just isn't right.
