Advantage Plus Master Card Ripoff screwed us over Las Vegas Nevada

On June 21, 2004 it was 12:30 PST when I recieved a call from Advantage Plus, the caller was a woman by the name of Tina (her extension is 70322) and she explained to me why see was calling. So told me that it would be an unsecured credit card with a limit of $2500.00 and within six months it will increase to $5000.00. Tina also said that there would be a one time enrollment fee of $339.15. I was interested in the offer and I talked to over with my husband, he said it's up to me if I want to do it.

Then, Tina handed me over to a gentleman by the name of Dean Howard. Dean then confirmed with me that what Tina said was correct. He then took my bank information, then he told me that I will recieving my mastercard in the mail within 25 days.

Then I would call them back in July, they said that my package was already sent out, and that I should me recieving very shortly. Two days later I recieved my package, there was an application that they needed me to fill out, so I filled it out and sent it in. I was then told that it would take 25 days for then to recieve it and process, then after that it would take another 25 for me to recieve my master card.

I would call them every week and they would tell me that a supervisor has to call me back due to a mix up with my file, and that they don't know why their bank is being so slow on processing my application. Now its December 27, 2004, I called them today and got answering machine, but the mailbox is to full to take any messages.

I tired go to my bank filing a reversal transaction, because it was claimed to be fraud. The bank didn't let me reverse that transaction because it was more the 60 days. My bank told me to contact police and make a report with them.
