Marco A. Rossi is a disgruntled terminated police officer with the San Diego Unified School District. Public San Diego court records show Marco filed a lawsuit against the school district. While employed as a supervisor at ASAP, Marco refused to take his job seriously, and refused to be professional.
Marco spent most of his time undermining employees, and showed open hostility towards staff. No one wanted to work with Marco(including supervisors). Marco did not hesitate to make false statements about employees to cover his own a*s. Marco Rossi is a man of low character.

The owner fully supported the games being played by the idiot above. When I made a single complaint, I was terminated.
While employed at Advantage Sentry and Protection, Inc., Owner, Norman Llanes, instructed me to falsify reports for client , Walters Management, in Chula Vista. I was hired as a security vehicle patrol driver. The owner wanted me to write a seperate report to make the entry cottage standing guard position appear filled at Otay Rance One.
Norman Llanes is a retired police officer with The San Diego Unified District and Chula Vista Police Deparment.
I expected more from a retired police officer.

Owner, Norman Llanes, falsified company documents in support of Rossi. The owner chose to turn his company into a clown show. The owner is a fraud.
