AdvertiseOnMyCar.net I paid $70 for a decal and background check and received no compensation. Internet

 I saw advertiseonmycar.net on Facebook and decided to go ahead and try it out. I was told I had to pay for the decal then I would have the money returned. I then was told I could make more on commission ($300 vs $500) if I paid for a background check. (Too good to be true!)I paid $70 in all and have yet to see any returns. The "refund" I was given is unavailable until I make a sale which was *never* mentioned in the conversation on the phone. Now the website is unavailable and keeps showing up with errors. I am not happy with this "company".
