PHILLIP NEWMAN IS A SAD OLD SCAMMER he will charge you for nothing. He will pretend like he has the conections with lenders for tour project but he lives out of the fees he charges in advance. If you need a business loan, this is not the company. This guy is a scammer along with his pal Roederick Odom from Peabodychase Consulting. They are the same kind. Scammers
