Ae500 Was making payments on a Tv and Laptop that I never received and got no response when I attempted to contact them. Internet

I was contacted by phone from an Ae500 rep. Heard the pitch and it seemed to fit my budget. I was in need another tv and definitely a laptop considering I had a child about to start college. I was paying $30 weekly for 3 months and then my first product would be shipped out which was supposed to be the laptop. I was going to use that as a Christmas gift.

When I contacted or attempted to contact them , the phone would just ring. Then after a few days it started giving off a busy signal. I went online and cancelled my account thinking they would contact me then.That has been well over a year agoand I still haven't heard anything.
