I have purchased a product (fiberglass tail lights) on June of 2006 that cost $550.00 and a product (side skirt tabs) that cost $128.00 on September of 2007 and to this day, I have not received my products.

As of July of 2008 - I have been banned from the website (www.aedcentral.com) due to complaining about not receiving my products and publicizing on many Pontiac Grand AM Car Forums, the negative actions demonstrated through AED Central (Owners - Len Dodd and Susan Grammer). I have been one of the many individuals banned from AED Central because I expressed my concern and anger over the poor customer service. There has been over a dozen members who have been banned due to their actions of wanting their product or a refund. There are a few members on the site that haven't complained because they believe after two years, they will still receive their product.

Background of AED Central -
Len Dodd and Susan Grammer blame the reasons for not completing the products due to family deaths, supply contracts being broken by foreign companies, poor economy, a hurting auto industry, California fires, being harassed by individuals wanting their product or money, etc. Len and Sue have an excuse for every complaint because they never admit they are wrong. Both individuals don't provide customer support, instead they have their phone mailbox full of messages and nonrespondent emails on their website. If anything is mentioned negatively on their website, Sue or Len would delete the posts or thread and sometimes ban the individual due to their actions of wanting their product or a refund. If an automotive product is mentioned on the website that would be considered as a competitor, the forum thread would be deleted because Len and Sue fear that the members would chose an available and cheaper product over a product that is not available.

AED Central has been banned from many Automotive websites such as www.grandamgt.com and www.lxforums.com. The website www.Grandamgt.com doesn't allow members to post AED Central product pictures on the site because AED has threatened legal action on the site because individuals that bought the body kit installed the body kit on their car and posted the pictures on a public forum on the internet. They filed legal action of copyright infringement even though the individuals posted the pictures freely on that particular website. The website www.lxforums.com removed AED Central from their website as an advertising company when they promised products that were never created.

In addition, many car sites such as www.gaownersclub.com would warn any new members that mentions the word "AED" or "AED Central" not to buy their product because they never complete the product and doesn't believe in refunds or customer service. Len Dodd, Susan Grammer, and a few AED Central forum members believe the continue downfall of AED Central was due to the result of many individuals bashing the company due to not completing projects, providing customer service, and breaking many verbal and written contracts.

In conclusion -
AED Central used to be a very reputable and successful automotive company when Len Dodd Sr. was still alive and active in creating and finishing projects. In the meantime, the website enrollment has decreased enormously due to members being banned and members not wanting to be associated with a bad business. Also, enrollment decreased when website registration was disabled because former AED Central forum members are continuing to spread the word that AED Central is a scamming business by creating usernames to populate the site with "truthful" information and providing support for newer members that want their product or a refund. Communicating with Len Dodd and Susan Grammer is very difficult because they use PO Boxes, don't include a mailing address on products shipped, and use a Sprint cell phone as the main business phone. Also, there website is notorious for failing due to old hardware and containing many software bugs such as wrong website time and many links not working (AED Central Store) and errors occurring when members post in forum threads.

I am telling everyone to avoid performing business with AED Central because they are known as scammers.
