If you have never in your life had phone or internet service with verizon than you need to call your local verizon office immediately. You may be a victim of identity theft. Ask to be transferred to the fraud department. This does happen-sometimes it's in error but most of the time it's someone you know. We are not the phone police we don't know who we are talking to if the person says they are you and can provide all your personal information such as social security number, date of birth, previous address that you used for mailing for a year or more, and you do not have a fraud alert on your credit report we have no idea it's not you. afni is the first place it goes beyond 90 days. If you have had DSL it could be for equipment that may need to be returned which can be resolved by us emailing or snail mailing you a return label.
