AFNI INC is an unscrupulous collection agency that harasses and makes false claims on your credit report even though the "account" is not yours. They claim and been reporting the credit reporting agencies that I opened an account in October of 2012. Seriously???? this was 3 months ago! Unless, I was sleep walking when I opened this "made up" account then I know for a fact I opened nor did I apply for credit any where! In fact, it's been years since I applied or opened an account of any type! They're ruining my credit because they buy frivolous accounts in hopes of cashing in on people who aren't even aware of these claims being made by AFNI INC!!

The date placed on your credit report is probably the date the original creditor placed it for collection, not the date the account was opened. You state that Afni 'harasses', but it sounds like they have been unable to contact you, because you don't even seem to know who the original creditor is, and that is information that they would provide.
