I was refunded $43.00. How the equates to 50% is beyond me. Your company took $89.95 on three different occasions. I was sent a package two months after the "trial" and surprise it shipped the day I contacted your company. The two different people I spoke with said I could have 25% of the total or wait for the junk to arrive resend iot back have your warehouse "inspect" the package for missing items and then I would be given 100% back. So why are you issuing 50%? I am curious for the response

We take our customer’s satisfaction very seriously and are continually working on ways to improve our customer service.  While we want to help every customer, we clearly state on all websites what the Terms and Conditions of the product offer are, along with a check box where the customer agrees to the terms. All customers must contact customer care at least one day prior to their Trial end date to avoid future charges and shipments.

We do not advertise free product or free trial.

You have been cancelled from any future billing or product shipment. As a courtesy a 50% refund has been issued.

 I got someone on the phone today and they cancelled the product but conveniently the crap I've now paid $240.00 two months ago sent out this morning g so they wouldn't refund my money. They also hung up on me.
