I run a start-up, 1-man business consulting firm.  I specialize in merchant services and non-traditional lending and cash advances for businesses.

Agent Office Support made contact with me through a freelance website in response to my request for quotes for a telemarketing campaign.

I was leery to begin with but decided to run a small, $600 test campaign.  While the initial goal was to set face to face appointments with small businesses in my area, we changed the campaign to a national campaign in which leads would be live transferred or emailed to me.

They delivered the agreed upon leads for the pilot campaign (however, in retrospect, none were likely real as none closed).  Having built a bit more trust I made a $2500 wire transfer to a Philippines bank account (they won't take credit card... for obvious reasons) for a campaign which thy promised they'd deliver live transfers to me until I closed 40 deals.

They agreed to the hours of 10-2PM and 4-5 leads per day.  Not only were the promises of the hours false (they never sent anything before 3PM), but if they delivered anything at all it was maybe 1-2 leads via email.  Not a single live transfer in a month.

Furthermore they have not responded to my requests to change back to a live appointment setting campaign and are now completely ignoring my emails.  I've not seen a lead in a week and not one deal has closed.

My primary contact, Toni G, has not answered a single call or responded to an email in almost a month.  Her phone is a Magic Jack number that is no longer being answered.

I was attempting to start my company on a shoestring budget.  The loss of $3100 that could have been put to use in another marketing campaign is crippling.
