I received an EMail from Mr Lawrence telling me that I had won 550,000pounds from KIA of the UK. So, I responded, only to find out they wanted me to pay for the overnight, insurance, and VAT. Total Ampount was around $699.00. Luckly I started researching this to find out that they are reported on Scam Europe: I then received an EMAIL from Citipak_delivery@yahoo.co.uk asking me to contact them VIA Email on how I wanted to pay for my Cerified Check to be delivered.

I then asked for a guarantee, so they had Global Max Insurance Company LTD. But my research has come up empty. So I then recei ved a Letter of Guarantee from one MR RICHARD KYLOD
CO-ORDINATOR
GLOBALMAX INSURANCE COMPANY LIMITED

Then I found out more information. I think it is a terrible how they can build up a wish just to have it blown away. I hope that someone out there will contact me for all the phone numbers I have to stop these Holagans. KIA even let me know thgis is a Scam, CitiPak UK does not deliver Lottery Winnings.
