What a nightmare. They have illegally charged my credit card and we were told the same things. We never agreed to any terms and we never went to any web site to agree to any terms. The really strange thing is that 90% of the leads we called had no intention to buy or sell. NONE! One of the leads we called had been dead for over 2 years! They all had no idea how we got their info.
