April 17, 2018: My day from Hell!!! #Agero was to tow a 2005 Grey Nissan Sedan, at my condo and took my 2013 Grey Nissan Coupe instead!
After filing a Police report and Insurance claim, around 3 PM, I get a call patched through, from my local police that they dumped my car back and all they could say was "Sorry".
It was a day of Hell!!! Thoughts of having to replace my car, with the depreciation value and loss, pain and suffering for the day was a nightmare. I will file a dispute with all agencies that affect towing companies.
