I hired the service of AGI Marketing, El Paso, Tx., to promote an cancer conference. They did not know how to do it. They lack total connection with traditional media. They know how take money from clients, but they are totally beginners in marketing. They made me spent about $8000 in the event and social media promotion, but nobody was aware of the event.  In addition, they enrolled me in service program claiming the first three months would be free, which was actually charged. I filed a dispute with the BBB 40 days into the 3-month program and they claimed that all the services were rendered. They are inepts and thieves.
