Agora Solutions - Integretel - The Billing Resource fraudulent charges on my Qwest bill ripoff Nationwide
*Author of original report: Agora Solutions eventually agreed to refund my money
I got my Qwest bill in the mail and noticed voice messenger charges from Agora Solutions. I tried to call the number given for The Billing Resource (the company they say to contact) but it was after business hours.
I sent an inquiry onto their web site and then did a search for Agora Solutions. I found the other 12 reports on here. I tried to send another inquiry on their web page using the form they provide.
Surprise, surprise, when I hit send, I was told that I had entered and invalid recipient.
I am contacting Qwest tomorrow. On Monday I plan to contact The Billing Resource, the FCC and the BBB.

Agora Solutions eventually agreed to refund my money
AUTHOR: Laura - (U.S.A.)

I got Agora Solutions on the phone. They claimed that I had filled out a registration form, accepted terms and conditions and accepted two confirmation emails for a 1-800 number. Obviously, I didn't and told them that. They continued to say that I obviously did and that there was no way they could have gotten all my information if I hadn't filled it out.
Anyways, I told them how the Qwest rep that I talked to said she has had multiple calls about people disputing charges from them and about all the reports I had seen on here and on other places. He just laughed and said obviously everyone had registered for the services or else they wouldn't have been billed. I just laughed and said I had already filed complaints with the BBB and FCC.
He got very quiet and then sullenly told me that he had cancelled the service and would refund the charges and did I have a pen available to take down the confirmation number.
The only way I think they may have actually had people fill out these registration things is if they are a hidden piggy back on some online offer or service. But even that makes no sense because I don't do those. Anyways, just thought I would let you know how my case came out.
