Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
The Car Dealer agreed to buy my car and then he proceeded to deny that he had agreed too. He later denied that he had agreed to a deal. That was extremely distressing because he made me come to town to close the deal. He knows I owe part of the money to the Bank, but he had some kind of plan.
It was a very bad consumer experience because he represents a world reknowned trademark, Volkswagen... and he managed to insult me on top of all the other things he did.
The name of the Car Dealer is Jonathan Rodriguez.

This people are extremely bad to us. They have no respect for their clientele. Volkswagen Germany should cancel their franchises with these mexican families from hell that insult their clientele. This is a total mishandling of their affairs. They should be very careful.
