The owner of this company, Dale Eber, and his daughter, Jennifer Eber should be aware of the following:

Defamation and libel are defined as a false statement that injures someone's reputation and exposes them to public contempt, hatred, ridicule or condemnation. If the false statement is published in print (internet) or through broadcast media, such as radio or TV, it is called libel. If it is only spoken, it is called slander.

There have been many cases where libel has negatively impacted a specific individual and the damages caused by the libel were such that the offending party that decided it was good idea to publish the false and damaging information was subject to hefty financial consequences as ordered by a state court.

I think that these 2 need to realize they are damaging themselves in the long run by these actions, and I'm sure that many would agree that their time would be better spent in a positive and productive way to help their "business" be successful.

I feel sorry for these two.

If these 2 individuals had any clue at all about anything that they are TRYING to convince people of, then they absolutely would not be stating that an ex-employee was EVER in prison - that is a complete lie. This is their attempt to make themselves look good. Nothing they are stating can be verified, in fact, all of it can be contradicted, as has already been proven.

If these 2 people, Dale Eber and Jennifer Eber had any common sense at all, they would realize that by publicizing this negativity, this actually makes them look really, really, really bad to the general public.

I guess some people will always use their uneducated, daughter and single mother (the father of her kids is the one in jail) to spout this negativity to the general public.

In response to the statement made by Awfr-llc aka Gary Eber Located at Lyman St. Toledo S.S. No. xxxxxxxxxx Phone No. 419 xxxxxxx and son Robert Eber Located at xxxx Watson St, Toledo Ohio S.S. No. xxxxxxxx , Are former employees of TT&O Which stands for the last names of our grandparents. Gary was fired for receiving cash on a side job Which was brought to my attention by a couple of the labor. Dennis Gallagher brought back the money to Gary not knowing any thing was up. Gary kicked back 50.00 to Dennis and 50.00 to Rich Crawford. Told them to buy there Lunch. Not thinking anything was wrong they told me in general conversation.They also sign a statement stating just that. When I question Gary he had told me that he had learned a way not to pay taxes. I haven't field a police report yet but if Gary doesn't back off I will. About a month before this came down Bobby and Gary Eber had formed another Company( Awfr-llc) thinking that they would do the sales through there company charge me for the job and walkaway with most of the money. Bobby refused to give the office girl copies of the actual transactions of any jobs. Bobby worked for my brother and thought that I didn't matter.

P.S. Gary and Bobby did the waterproofing and Mike did general construction There are missing records of jobs that they performed and a trail of bills that are commong to light When Gary and Bobby left the company They had ask if they could clean out their desk. I said all right as long as they didn't mess with the computers and the soft ware. They both deleted all the info and changed the pass word .and took the software. I had Stone computer reset the pass words.

for general manager to work below my brother. It didn't work out from the start. Gary and Bobby refused to work with Him.I know now that this was the 2nd mistake that I made the refusal to work with them started all of the mention problems. I had agreed to open another office in Maumee Ohio which I did.

about a month later all of Mikes doing were coming to light That is when it came to a head.
I really like ever thing about Mike He was well dress, Excellent communications skills, And most of all he caried himself as a winner a go getter A MAN with a good work ethic He worked well with most people.and I thought he was the answer to all my needs in this business.. I trusted him with my personal information and the writing of all checks. I took his advise and suggestions what a mistake that was. If only I had did a back round check on him I would had seen that he spent time in prison for the same thing.Gary and Mike both withheld contracts and most of the money that was generated

Any wrong doing that they have done I have been working on to resolve. Mike and Gary through there own greed put us in this situation.
On my own defense is that I have general liability insurance,worker.s comp and Bonded that will take care of any miss conduct by my company or its employees. If any person had a problem and it is not resolved just contact my insurance and it will be address

I had repaired or repaid most of the client that has had a problem As far as changing the name I wanted to get as far away from my brother as possible. I haven;t spoke to him since the day I fired him and don't plan on ever talking to him as long as I am alive One last thing Jennifer Eber, Dennis Gallagher ,Rich Crawford, Chuck Sprouse, and all of the other employees are Dedicated They do the best they can. and I owe a lot to them They are truly professionals
