Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
I had allstate auto insurance in 2008. I changed insurance companies about two years later. Now it is 2015 and I just figured out that AIC Motor Club is still taking money from my bank account. Had I known this it would have been stopped when I changed insurance companies.
I feel like they owe me a return of money from when I dropped Allstate!!

It wasn't without your knowledge because you saw it every time you reconciled your account.

That does not have anything to do to the fact that they were taking money from my account without my knowledge. It doesn't matter if they did it one time or sixty times they still did it.

You reconciled your account about sixty times (once a month) since 2010 so why didn’t you notice this sooner?
