Have had policy for 20 years. Wanted to change to non smoker from smoker. They refused saying they changed the rules for non contractual changes. They are forcing me to have smoker rates permanently. The policy will now eventually lapse. I called 5 other companies and none of them refuse rate changes due to smoking status. They just want the higher fees every month. If you have this company-lose them fast-their unethical
