AIMCO Moutain Run Apartments FRAUDULENT DEBT REPORTING classic "bait and switch" Lakewood Colorado

SPRING 2003 i went to moutain run apt to rent a unit they advertized. i liked the complex but it had no weight room. the girl in the office told me she would issue me a card granting me access to the weight rooms at the other denver properties. i signed the papers. i returned two days later to move in. the girl i had signed papers with was not there. i mentioned the card for the weight room i was told that wasnt available but they would honor the promise and stated they were honoring other false promises made by the girl and thats why she was fired. having moved out of prievious residense i took the apt. when my lease was up 6 months later i gave written notice was told sept rentwould be pro rated and i would get 2 weeks rent refund. i didnt have time to clean tub or stove. a price list stated price to have them cleaned. i forfitted deposit and prorated rent. i was checked out by maintence/ cleaning man that lived across the hall and other than the tub and stove was checked out. gave him the key as he asked and moved 800 miles away to AZ. 27 months later they have contracted the infamous Asset Acceptence LLC to collect a $1335 debt and suprise aimco isnt returning my phone calls.
