Program does not work - freezes up and does not do what it says. Tried to contact them via their "live support" got message had to create an account which i did - then stated "does nto regonize my account. I now have been looking harder for reviews - i am only seeing negative reviews and reviews state they will not refund - i have also contacted my credit card.
