Air Energy Consulting Pte Bogus employment contract with great Commissions for sales but no business liscense in territory given. ripoff Singapore

I signed an employment agreement with this company which included a human resources (contract professional labor) sales teritory focus on the country of Indonesia in 2003, a large element of the renumeration was to be commission based. After signing the agreement, this company obtained my employment permit for Singapore and then sent me to Indonesia to visit their local "partner".

It turned out they had only a "case by case" agreement with one somewhat reputable company that was also a competitor. They also had me visit a company they where intending on buying out, much to local managment (and legal owners) dismay.

In summary; my employment contract stated that "Commissions" would be paid on all business the Indonesia business generated plus additional commissions for business sole sourced by me and splits for 50:50 etc. business obtained. None of this was posible due to the fact that they did not own any business in Indonesia, nore did they have any working agreement acceptable to any client in Indonesia.

Instead what I was expected to do was to spend a large part of my focus assisting the companies onwers in their buy out effort for Indonesia and Thailand businesses which would eventually lead to the opportunity of realizing commissions. This went on for 9 months and I was nearly bankrupted due to the greatly reduced income I was meant to survive on which also resulted in my wife leaving me and now I'm divorced after 11 years of marriage.
