Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
I got ripped off!! It makes me sick to my stomach seeing that this has happened time and time again, all of us with the same response. I purchased my tires, they debited my account and I never recieved my order. I have called numerous times, message box full, not response to my emails. This company is evil!! The people behind it are horrilbe! With all the reports and them having a "F" with the BBB ... then WHY are they still able to have a full functioning website. These people need to be suied and shut down. What they are doing is wrong. I will definalty be doing my research on any company I consider making an online purchase through. So Sorry everyone that this has happened to us!!!

Thanks for explaining the BBB to me. Now it makes more sense.
I meant "Sued" not suied.
No matter what Im still upset. It is never a good feeling when you feel you were taken for your money. I would like either my money back or the tires!

Because the BBB is an organization comprised of several private businesses and does not have the power to shut down anyone. The BBB provides alerts but does not enforce regulations.
