The already infamous AeroMexico customer service sinks to a new low by physically restraining a customer transiting through Mexico City. Joceli R took a flight from Montreal, Canada (YUL) to Sao Paulo, Brazil (GRU) with an eight-hour stop-off in Mexico City. In an oversight Ms R failed to obtain a visa, and was therefore required to remain within the secure international area of the airport. However, airline authorities took it upon themselves to physically restrain Ms. Rin violation of federal and international law. Airline authorities further denied succor to a ferret accompanying Ms. R under paid conveyance of the airline.
