Payment of $300 to be paid to British Cameroon. The puppy will be delivered to the address you provided to the seller; once they receive the money by western union they will email you 2 days later stating you need to provide life insurance for the puppy or else it will not be delivered.. They will then also tell you that the delivery fee of $300 is non refundable due to it being the delivery ticket only!
