Quick to charge your credit card. However, two weeks later, I still can't register my numbers. They pleaded holiday rush when I sent them email, but the holidays are now over. Customer service email promised to register my numbers "behind the scenes" and claimed the numbers were registered. But their system doesn't recognize my numbers. I can't even complete a call using my PIN.

Customer Service number is useless since each time I've called (more than five times!) I've been on hold for 5-15 minutes till I got frustrated and hung up. Not one of my calls to customer service reached a "customer care executive".

Stay away from this big-time scam!
