Charged more on credit card , No response from customer service , i get following mail from customer service

"This email is with reference to your concern regarding "", vide case ID CASE_CASE_ID.
We wish to confirm that corrective action has been taken."

Airtellcalhome service is joke and if you don't want to waste time don't become part of joke.
I gave up now after wasting lot of time with them. Whole email chain available if some one is interested.
