 AJ Stalker claimed to be a ethical Real Estate agent who wanted to "help" me save my house from foreclosure.  He requested that i DEED my house to him, in exchange for paying off an HOA lien that is causing my home to go into foreclosure.  He said he would become the "owner" of the house, pay off the lien, and I then would rent MY property from him. 

Feeling like there was no way to save my home without being able to ourselves pay the HOA we DEEDED the house to Mr. Stalker.  We were told he was not going to record the deed.  We paid him $660 dollars for prorated "rent" and gave him tow post dated checks.

The following day, Mr. Stalker immediatly recorded the deed, and cashed our check, without ever paying a cent or even speaking to the attorneys for the HOA.  The HOA recognized it as a scam and would not even consider discussing our lien with him.

Now Mr. Stalker will not return any phone calls or emails.  He is a PATHOLOGICAL liar. Not one thing out of his mouth is a truth.  He even tried to convice us mail doesnt run on Sat. in his town, when he claimed to mail us our money back.  Of couse never recieved it.  He was obviously trying to take over my house and my money.  I have reported him to the US federal trade comissions office as the is a SCAM to steal your home!

He claims to have possession of several other houses.  PLEASE BEWARE OF AJ STALKER...(NAME FITTING) OR ANYONE WHO CLAIMS THEY CAN HELP YOU AVOID FORCLOSURE.  WHEN YOU ARE DESPERATE SOMETIMES YOU WILL ENTERAIN JUST ABOUT ANYTHING!!!
