A&J Transportation C&D ,triple L, Harley ,W&D A&J Transportation C&D ,triple L, Harley ,W&D They took my layover pay from me because I left the company Oklahoma Ada Oklahoma

This company hired me I’m from another state told me they had a 1500 dollar minimum. Get to orientation and they tell me in order to get the minimum you have get 11 loads a week. I ask them well what if the work is slow and you all don’t have 11 loads for me.

Oh well I’m that case if you get 8 loads will bump you up til nine loads that will pay $1350 and you get 10 loads will bump you to 11 loads that will give you 1550. They also told me that if they didn’t have work for me they would pay me 100 dollars every 24 hours for layover pay.

Needless to say I got taken. I sat for 5 days end up getting 2 loads for the week plus 5 layover. Sat for 3 more days and finally decided that I couldn’t afford to keep sitting around so I quit and went home. Come paid no check I call payroll and why I didn’t receive a paycheck I was told since I quit I forfeited my layover pay. So be careful if your looking at this company.
