#5 REBUTTAL Owner of company

Ex con employee

AUTHOR: Alan - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Wednesday, April 20, 2011

There is no law suit against us the owners or our company and never had any contact with the Kane County Sheriffs dept. We are law abiding citizens. This past employee was quickly dismissed for his poor workmanship and dishonesty. Our company has been servicing our local customers for 10 years giving them craftsman that can complete the jobs at hand with a guarantee through our company. It is a shame the public has to be subjected to lies from this disgruntled ex employee.

#4 UPDATE Employee

Nice try

AUTHOR: Paul Ferrara - (USA)

POSTED: Wednesday, September 30, 2009

Al & Cathy Lins , Mr Handyman of Naperville. In response to their lies, they have just lost a huge law suit to their former employee in which they slandered and defamed. Three courts found them guilty of fraud and lying. They tried appealing but the courts refused to hear their case because the evidence was so overwhemling. Even the Kane County Sheriffs Dept found that they had filed false reports against their former employee and testified that they are not to be trusted. Al and Cathy Lins couldn't even enter the court rooms because they would have been arrested on site for perjury. So beware of these cons, they didn't get away with it this time.

#3 REBUTTAL Owner of company

It takes a thief Paul

AUTHOR: Alan - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Wednesday, October 18, 2006

This is a response to the comments of an ex-employee named Paul. He had come to us to work because his own company failed. That company was Ferrara Carpentry. After having Paul on our staff for a period of about six months, it became very evident why his company failed. With multiple callbacks on Paul Ferrara's poor craftmanship, coupled with the fact that Paul Ferrara had bought and stolen over $800.00 of tools with our company credit card, we had no choice but to let him go.

As far as hiring ex-felons, we do backround checks through ADP. Our Rates are $84.00 per hour Paul, so I guess this is just another lie from a disgruntled ex-employee.
