The liars from parkwood thought they had my mother.  When they filed the false complaint to the board of nursing to make us homeless because my mom couldn't work anymore. Their "EVIL" did not work.

The two liars who cause all this trouble no longer work at parkwood.

I really don't care If these commentators believe me or not they don't know me I only know the truth and that Is what matters so they can ignore me they just love doing injustice to me.

These people who say bad things about me,  are just as crooked like the liars from parkwood.  That Is why they say they don't believe me.  Alabama unemployment Is bad they only pay unemployed people,  under $250.00 per week.

They can keep there dirty money at,  least georgia pays' unemployed people almost $400,  $355 per week.   Alabama Is a low down state.  Its no wonder people are out of work.  Employers love to "MISTREAT" people.

These people who have made "HATEFUL" comments on my report.  Are the cause why many people receive alot of injustice,   they rather protect the crooked employer or business. 

The unemployment office In has nothing but crooks working In It.  Along with my mothers last employer who was also a crook who filed a false complaint to the,  alabama board of nursing.

My mothers lawyer could not believe a RN would lie for no reason & just make up stuff.  Well he needs to wake UP because they DO!.  If they don't like you they can "RUIN" your life.

One day all the corrupt things the employers do the unemployment office & the board of nursing will be on day exposed.  They think they are smarter then the past corrupt people but their actions will always get them caught.  

GOD sees everything they do & he will kick them In their lying a*s.  For doing people wrong!.

Patrick can help people acheive justice.  But he has ruined It for them.  Like he has for me.

I don't care about the state of alabama.  You can't trust employers because all they want to do Is screw & lie about you.  I don't give a f*** about the people of alabama or the state.  F*** alabama everything Is corrupt.

It don't matter what career you have In alabama.  They are going to try to ruin you,  and make you homeless.   Just because someone doesn't like you.  They can (RUIN) you.  But they don't have the right to.

But the people who have power,  let them get away with It.  All employers do Is try to ruin you.

To patrick I only file a complaint.  Only when I have a problem.  I don't sit & just make up something.  Like how ya'll say I do.

Now they are complaining,  about a nursing shortage.   Well after how parkwood,   treated my mother,   I can see why.  They file false complaints,  to the board of nursing.

Let me point this,  out for the record.

Parkwood didn't file,  any complaints.  Before my mother,  had the accident.   My mother didn't,  have any problems.

I will always,  ask this question.

(Why did they allow,  my mother to continue.  To work & give medication If,  she was such a danger to the patients.).

The liars was suppose,  to fire her.   On the same day.   The liars,  told the unemployment office.

This went for (AUTOMATIC TERMINATION),   But they did,  not fire her on that day.

But this didn't,  go agaisnt them.   So parkwood wrongfully,  "FIRED" my mother.  

And THEY  know It.

They had no evidence to support there accusation.  They claim my mother put medication In patients food.    And they put In writing to the unemployment office.  This goes for automatic termination.

My mother wasn't fired on the day this supposedly happened.  If my mother was such a danger.  Why did they allow my mother to continue to work,  & give medications to patients.

My mother had no problems until after she had her,  accident.  The floors had been just been clean & they was slippery.  And they are witnesses to this.

My mother was fired on 01/08/2008.  She had only worked their for about 1 month.

My mother was receiving workers compensation payments,  $373 weekly.

On 02/08/2008 1 month after my mother was fired,  & was cleared to receive workers compensation payments.  She receives a letter from the board of nursing,  that a complaint has been filed against her license.

It has me pissed off that the liars think they got away with,  something.  Everything Is crooked In Alabama.

Its kind of funny that,  didn't file any complaints before the on the job accident.

Why did they wait until my mother had the accident,  to file the complaint. 

This proves right there,  they filed a false complaint to the board of nursing.

THEY NOW THEY LIED,  & GOT AWAY WITH IT. 

I found this report while looking for complaints about the AL Unemployment Comp office. They no longer maintain an office in our city and only refer you to online and phone numbers. When you run out you have 7 days from mailing of notice - in reality, 2 days - to respond to numbers. The web extension filing is grayed out and the extension phone number says you've run out and cannot file for a year. Try to get through to a human? Try try try again.

In the early 1990s, I filed a claim for unemployment. My employer contested it like in this case. At the hearing, he lied about me not getting along with a coworker. I pointed out that this coworker was such a friend that he brought me back after a layoff. The employer claimed I had never worked for him before - A Major Lie! The next time we went before the unemployment court judge, I produced pay stubs and W2 to prove I had worked for him before and that he had lied - committed perjury - in the earlier hearing. Nothing was done about that. Why? Because neither the employer or the state have any interest in you getting benefits. Therefore, the hearing is biased and as an employee you are guilty until proven innocent. Therefore in any incident at work, try to get witnesses. This will be difficult as they can lose their jobs for supporting you. Try to get things in writing. That is also difficult as employers do not like to be held to telling the truth. But these days, we employees are considered expendable like cattle as the market has become a permanent "buyers" market. Good luck in your efforts.

Of course people say I make no sense,   because they know I am right.   They help protect the real liars,  bad businesses & the real crooks.   Buy trying to discredit my complaints.

I don't even listen to them anymore,   anyone who has ever treated me wrong will always get theirs back worse,  then what they dished out to me.

Can someone please tell me how that doesn't make sense.   People are just plain assholes these days.   I really don't care If they think I don't make sense or not!.

The board was very unfair In there decision.   They did not consider anything my mother had to say.   My mother was fired 1 week after this so-called incident happen. 

Parkwood said this goes for immediate termination,  so why didn't they fire my mother that same day.   Why did they allow her to continue to give medications If she was such a danger to the patients.

My mother continued to give medications to patients up till the day,  she was fired.  I know they lied.   My mother knows better not to put medication on a food trey,  & she wouldn't do  something so stupid to jepordize job infront of her employer.

This all had to deal with the workers compensation claim,  when my mother got hurt on the job.   Because the floors where slippery & they polished & buffed the floors.  There was withnesses.

But nobody Is coming In my mothers defense,  the lying dogs.   Because they wanted to get my mother introuble & her license suspended but I know their lying.   Because my mother has no problems until after she had her slip & fall accident.

Well its ok my mother isn't dwelling on It,  or seeking justice.   Because sooner of later the people who cause you trouble & undue,   stress will always get It back.

And It will be worse on there part for the trouble,  the liars created for us.  My mother was trying to recover from this accident.

And having to have knee surgery along with dealing,  & having to deal with the stress with the complaint to the board & trying to recover from her knee surgery.   All of this was completely unfair.

And because this employer hated employees,   & all they care about Is writing false complaints to the board & getting innocent employees In trouble.

If you want to keep your license & a peace of mind,  don't work for parkwood.  These people will not hestiate to lie about you,  If you have a accident on the job.  Which was caused buy them.

The leader behind the lies Is the RN director of nursing,  my mother had no problems until parkwood hired this liar.  This whole thing was set up,  so my mother wouldn't be able to work @ any place In alabama.

They had no right to lie these are crooks they treated my mother like crap,  for no reason.. 

But my mother isn't dwelling on It I know parkwood will get their,  karma.  Because they have familes to support to. 

You just don't purposely create problems,  for someone who hasn't done nothing or cause undue stress.

But these days employers are allowed to lie,  & ruin you.  I don't have to worry because.

Because parkwood sooner or later will,  get their troubles more then what they have caused my mother.

No one here(and probably anywhere else) believes a word you say. Because over the many years and many reports you have done nothing but complain and tell us all of the things you are "going" to do. Yet you never follow through.

If you want to prove that you are right all you would need to do is file one suit, really that is not a lot to ask. And don't say you don't care what other people think, because if you really didn't care you wouldn't keep coming back and posting.

So just "show us the suit"(think Jerry Maguire).

I hope the liar who filed the complaint to the board of nursing, gets cancer or has to suffer for what they put me & my mother threw. And I hope the liars @ the board of nursing gets some horribledisease late In life.

When you try to ruin someone It always come back on them, I hope they get a serious disease. This will be their punishment for how unfairly they treated my mother & lied & got my mothers license suspended.

Employers lie but they are always believed. Some employees do some bad things do deserve to be fired, but my mother did not do anything wrong.

She was a good employee who had a work accident slip & fall, nobody deserves to be treated like this. Sure If some employees do bad things & they deserve what they get.

My mother Is innocent & I have exposed the truth & the lies from parkwood, but parkwood will have their troubles. Cause you don't mistreat an innocent person or do them wrong.

This Is far from over parkwood might have gotten away with It, but @ the end they wont.

My mother regrets applying for a job their, but you can't change the past. Parkwood had no right to treat my mother like this, & they will get theirs.

So where is this " $100,000 " you claim ( as your mother ) that you are supposed to receive ???? What did you do with the " $10,000 " you were supposed to receive ???? A lawyer agreed to look In to my mothers unemployment claim. Sense parkwood lied to the unemployment office about what happen.


Parkwood told two different stories, to the bord of nursing & the unemployment office. So the unemployment office denied unemployment.


Sense the unemployment office refuses to listen, or do the right thing.


The lawyer said he will file court action, to try to get unemployment. For the period she was out of work.

He said they do this all the time to people. He says It Is best to get a lawyer, because they refuse to listen to the employees side of the story.

- How can you afford the exorbitant insurance from the accidents you cause in the vehicle you shouldn't be able to afford if you have no money as you claim in the collection report?
- How can you have any credit card at all if you have no money like you claim in all the collection reports you crap in?
- How can you afford a computer to perpetrate your fraud with if you have no money like you claim in the collection reports you pollute?
- How can you afford an internet connection to perpetrate your fraud if you allegedly have no money as you claim?

- How can you afford an attorney for all these alleged lawsuits you claim to be filing if you have no money like you claim?
- Why did you get a cellphone you knew you couldn't afford when you have no money as you claim?

- Why haven't you paid the people you have owed money to for a long time?
- How can you be buying your panties and dresses off QVC if you have no money?
- When are you going to apologize for lying to Steve as was proven about allegedly not being on some sort of meds? Or are you not on meds? Which is the lie?
