I have known him since circa 1984. he is a former US Marine Counterintelligence specialist. seperaited after being passed over. claimes to have been a PSD specialist OCNUS. fired from Dyncorp. Contact with Dyncorp indicated he IS NOT ELIGABLE FOR REHIRE due to nature of termination. He contacted me when I was a PMC when he was applying to my company.
Another senior PMC, retired PD chief knew him from his LEO position at the chiefs dept. told management that Allen lied on PD applications and on applications to PMC. Lies were uncovered during security clearence background invesigation checks . wanted to sell some PSD gear. sent him a check for 1000.00 gear never received.
claimed he sent it vis DHL (DHL had no record of the item) Contacted him, he said package was returned to him opened and items were missing. next year I found him online. said he was injured OCONUS. That he did not have the money. lost contact. Found on linked in indicating he is a secuerity manager for Triple Canopy. He will not respond to request for contact vis linked in.
This man will lie and scam to anyone. DO NOT do business with him.
