Alan Marudas has rented his condo to me for three years. I recently requested repairs be made of the unit. Soon after, I was notified the rent would increase. Next, I was notified I had less than 30 days to vacate the unit. Finally, I was notified I only had 7 days to vacate the unit.
Meanwhile, the unit is uninhabitable under Colorado Law because the unit has a shattered window on the interior which he has failed to replace, despite written notice. His subsequent actions are retaliatory. I would think twice before ever doing business with Alan Marudas. He is a scumlord at best.
