Alarcon law firm promised to negotiate on our behalf to achieve a loan modification/resolution, all the while updating us on the status in the process.  Alarcon law firm does not keep us informed. Alarcon law firm will not return our calls. Alarcon law firm has mIslead us but was very adamant about processing our files with urgency if we paid right away. Alarcon law firm requested much information which we provided not once but twice. The mortgage company has contacted us directly seemingly with no knowledge of a law firm working on our behalf with them.  This tells us alarcon Law Firm has not even contacted the mortgage company.
