April was aware that I was looking for a new stud back in Aug 2009. I did buy another stud and he arrived Dec 09, 2009. Please email me and I will be glad to send you the email between April and I on Aug 15, 2009. Also, did you have any other test run on them? I don't plan to sell him until after Jan but I have a lady interested in him now and she wants to know the parents hip scores. I can't find them on OFA.

I don't know why you are spending more time and money. Prince is 80%, clear elbow. I'll call my vet for Penn Hip#. Talk lil later...Do u not like his lines That's crazy to give up...Do vet AI research first...Or bring n ur male and keep Glacier. Ur best to have two studs anyhow...all upto u but that's just cousel. April

Now, why is she so surprised that I don't have him anymore? Do you see anywhere in these emails that I will breach of contract or that she wants him back? Please email me if you would like to see this email. I also emailed her a copy of our previous email. Don't let her fool you.....By the way, I never to the Penn Hip number to confirm....I did not sell Glacier to this lady that was interested because I wanted him in a pet only home.

Like I said, she has an answer for everything. The fact remains, April was breach of contract over a year ago when she lied about sending in the DNA to AKC. I have imported two dogs and I know the process. You are not telling me anything that I don't already know. All of these posts are in regards to whether or not April lied and did not respond to emails. This fact is true. Therefore April Fulk, you are breach of contract to many.....you are not giving lifelong support for the puppies that you sell. The only reason you contacted me about Glacier is because your pride is hurt that I removed you from my fb friend list and removed Glacier from my website. April, I did this because I don't want anything to do with you. Again, legally I still own Glacier...check AKC or call them....you will find that he is in my name. You knew a long time ago I was thinking of getting a new stud which I did.

I am not in question here you are. The question is whether or not April is honest and stays in contact with customers with whom she sells dogs to. The answer, no.

Like I am really going to ship you a 2500.00 dog to Alaska and pay for the shipping after all of the money I have invested in him? Dog show, care, training etc. etc. etc. You don't even care that he is in a wonderful home with lots of love and 4 girls to play with. You would rather subject this dog to a long noisy plane ride back to Alaska so that you could turn around and resale him as a stud to someone else to again make profit on him. I placed him into a pet only home....If I want better for my breeding program then I sure would not sell him to a breeder. Check out April's website she has sold two adult dogs to breeding homes and trying to sell Glacier's father now as a stud. Now who truly cares for this dog....I have over 100 references here in my town that will attest to the fact that he has been in a wonderful home and he went to a wonderful home. After all the hell you put me through Aug 2008 you really expected me to return the dog to you? Really, think this through for a moment. Do you remember the hell from 2008? Or do just remember what makes April look good? Are you that self absorbed? Do you remember the long indepth conversations that our husbands had? Do you remember us telling you that you would not get the money back until you sent the DNA into AKC? Don't say again....it takes time to process the international paperwork. Then why is it that when I got my money back it only took you guys less than a week to get me the paperwork? You are so full of it. Again, this whole forum is whether or not April lied and avoided others. The answer TRUE.

She constantly states that she has a mess w/ AKC and she is trying to get it straight etc etc etc. She just lied to all of you about sending in the DNA. Don't be fooled by this lady....I am a breeder and I assure you I would never buy a dog from her.

Kimberly Idaho has been made aware of European/American paper work issue and still can not wait out the process for it to be worked through...

American Kennel Club is a wonderful Club and has been amazing and has the greatest staff helping me...

When the day comes to you and  you are holding your

$1000.00 papers with FREE shipping (*Price they paid for their limited registered Golden Retiever)

*guess the act of blessing this family with a Quality Golden for a low price (RETIRED LAW OFFICERS home) wasnt a blessing after all.

I believe that even if this dog was free they would figure out a way to want something more.....

** I have emails stating that they wanted to SHOW their Golden even though they knew they purchased it with limited registration.

The threats from a RETIRED LAW OFFICER are not taken lightly...

I have been advised by my attorney not to (verbaly) speak with you. It is a sad place to be when one has to live the way you must live with a HARD HEART. Wish you could have handled the wait better.
