I purchased a new AC?Heat unit from this company. This company will agree with anything to get you to sign, probably because they have no intention of fulfilling their contract. In addition, their services team is inept as is their office staff. There are always new employees, quick turnover. It took them a few days to install and a year to get the unit running properly. They tell you certain things are done but they lie and when you find out you havse to fight with them to do it correct. They are the worst company I have ever had the misfortune to deal with.
