My name is MD Idiake. For almost a week now, I have been discussing with one Albert Nunez (talk2alberrt@yandex.com) about his interest in brokering a deal for my company with one investor, a Mr. Shon Jin, a South Korean, resident in America. We are at the stage where I am expected to pay Notarization of Agreement fees of $1,340 to enable the investor transfer $250,000 to me for 25% stake in the business for five years. However, when I googled his name, I came up with another e-mail address similar to the one above, but not exactly the same (talk2albert@yandex.com) on some sites (eg. go 4 funding . com / Hi-looking-for-an-investor-to-help-me-start-my-interlock-paving-and-landscaping/I48072.html). I have sent a mail to this other e-mail address, but I am yet to get any response from it, more than 2 days after. What I want to find out is this: Is this a SCAM? If so, is it possible to report this to a relevant US authority to prevent these guys from scamming some other people who might not be so vigilant in the future? Thanks.  MDi  PS.
