We ordered a small amount of food for takeout, paid $13 and some change, plus a tip.  Got to car and realized the order was something else.  What we wanted was $9.99.  I called them and they said they would fix it, then only charge a dollar and some change more, plus we get to keep the food I already paid for.  I wasn't going to argue, so I agreed.  They then bag up the food and I thought we were good.  Get to car and realize that they didn't give me the food I originally paid for, only the 9.99 food item.  I had two charges totalling $14.01 for a 9.99 food item. 

I called to let them know they forgot to put the other food in the box and they basically chewed me out and the rude lady talked over me.  I told her I would never step foot in her restaurant again and she didn't care.  She lost my business forever.  Looking at the big picture, it's only a small amount of money, but they could have handled the situation better.  They're a newer business and you think that great customer service would be as important as the food served.  I would not recommend this business.
