We are a very hard, trustworthy and honest working team.  We offer our clients 1% commission to sell their home for the full service, and they are provided with the peace of mind that it will never change, as it is in a legal and binding contract that we use (Residential Listing Agreement) and signed by all parties.  Our meetings are very thorough and we walk through each step and process of selling a home, so that our clients are well informed and at the end of the meeting, are left knowing that saving them money and providing them with excellent service is what we strive for.  We also offer 1% back to our Buyers when buying a home in San Diego, to help them with closing costs.  Buying a home is a life changing decision, and an expensive one, so we like to help by giving back, and as mentioned above, this is in a legal binding contract as well; so there are no surprises.

It's very apparent to me that the complaint is from an individual that doesn't like that we offer 1% to sell your home,  and I find it unfortunate that they would try to take away an opportunity for the consumer to save thousands, all because it provides our clients with savings that some other agents just aren't able to compete with.  Our clients are always happy with our service, and grateful for the money we save them.  If there was any truth to what the individual said above, we wouldn't be in business, and we wouldn't be allowed to operate with our license.  The accusation is false, "cost us a tremendous amount of losses", a Seller pays nothing to list their home with us and only pays 1% commission as agreed upon in the contract when the house is sold.  The bottom line here is, someone is intimidated by our service and posting these false accusations, but yet failed to give more details about them, such as property address, what "losses" and a name and phone number to contact, as it states in the complaint "please contact us for more details"; however,  they fail to provide any info to do so, aside from a user name of "SDjustice619".  We would be more than happy to answer any questions regarding the above complaint, and to sit down and meet with anyone to go over everything, so that you can see for yourself, we're truly just an honest and hardworking team, trying to give back to our clients by saving them money, and everything is stated in legal contracts.
