To avoid being charged with violations of Rules of Professional Conduct 1-320, which prohibits attorneys from sharing legal fees with non-attorneys, James Parsa and Alex Dastmalchi (owner of Parsa Law Group) launched inKor Holdings, Inc. on April 13, 2009 together with their attorney, Alton Burkhalter, Senior Partner at Burkhalter, Kessler, Goodman & George LLP.

Until one month ago, there were no attorneys at Parsa Law Group except James Parsa. For the past 5 months, Bad Biz Finder has reported this fact on its blog and finally things started to heat up for ol' Jimmy and his partners in crime, Alex Dastmalchi and Mike Ponzillo.

They quickly arranged several cattle call interview days to find the cheapest, newest, most nave (or opportunistic) attorneys they could find to show the world that, in fact, Parsa Law Group, DID SO have attorneys. Two of the lot are already history.

But that didn't solve the sharing attorneys fees with non-attorneys thing, so they had to create a diversionary smoke screen to pay all employees (except the attorneys that were paid through Parsa) so that they wouldn't get busted.

But the attorneys at Burkhalter, et al., had to do some fancy footwork to make it look like that was the way the operations had always been, so one of those legal eagles paid off the Secretary of State to back-date the incorporation start date to August 7, 2007, pre-Parsa Law Group, that was launched on June 16, 2008.

But the only problem is that the not so brilliant Alex Dastmalchi plastered the news wire with the following press release announcing an April 13, 2009 launch date for inKor Holdings, Inc. Why would a company go to the trouble of incorporating and then wait 2 years to launch the company? They wouldn't.
