In november 2007 I recibed a call from Alan Ruiz with alg Capital mortgage who got my attention telling me hi will gwet better interes rate 5.25% with no point and the closing cost will be 2500.00 I deside to do it this can be a great oportunity for me , so we saing papers and they cange all the information at escrow with aut us and give a diferent rate at 7.726% affer paaayment of 2500.00 and finaly was for 3000.76 now I do have a problem to make this payment....
