  I purchased tickets via internet for Warhorse in Philly. Original tickets with barcode sent o Nov. 5th.  Good seats.

   Day before thanksgiving told to destroy original tickets.   

   New tickets sent much inferior and ALL with blocked view. 

   Called today November 23rd and basically told too bad!

   HOW CAN YOU DO THIS TO CONSUMERS!

Customer ordered tickets for this show.  A few days before the show the box office contacted us and said our season seats had to be relocated for this performance due to an error at the box office.  We scrammbled to find the customer last minute seats and did.  They were happy at the time.  Then decided to get upset.

The customer was never given Limited view tickets..They were upgraded to better seats then what they ordered.
