A $100 All-Access Visa Gift card was bought as a gift to me, by my son, on June 15,2007.

My son spent (I believe) $7.95 to buy it. My first purchase was Sept 30, 2007, followed by purchases on Oct. 3, 2007---Nov. 10, 2007---Dec. 11, 2007.

On Dec 31, 2007, I was charged a maintenance fee of $4.95. On Jan. 31,2008, I was charged another fee which was my remaining balance of $4.49.

All in all: maintenance fees of $9.44---purchase fee of $7.95 for usage of 7 months. Over $13.00 in fees laid out for using this rip-off card that didn't cost Visa (Netspend Corp.) a cent.
