The complaint is valid as I and several of my collegues across the country have been victims of this scam and unethical business practice. When a contract is put in place and the contract is not fullfilled during the terms of that contract the money should be refunded. No one should have to contstantly reach out to you to refund them the money that you know you owe them. If your business is not capable of doing all that is says it can, and even if it is but for whatever reason isn't able to do so for said customer, REFUND the money back to your client as stated in contract. 

I went into contract with company in March of 2015 and still keep getting the run around for my money.

Our Company is a reputable company and in business for over 11 years. This complaint is totally false, fabricated and unfounded. This may have been filed by our 'competition' just to make us look bad.

__We Do Not charge any 'advance loan fee'. We do not charge any 'loan fee' at all. We do not offer a ''Loan'.

__Our client pay us the cost to build corporate profile with A+ ratings with all business bureaus on a signed contract so we can obtain business Line of Credit for them.

__We are accredited with A+ rating with Better Business Bureaus.

__Majority of our business comes from referrals - people who have gotten their business LOC refer others to us.

__We have 100% refund policy as per our contract. The contract clearly says ''If in any unlikely event, you did not receive at least the minimum Line Of Credit as per our agreement, we will refund your money in full''.

__The contract is binding contract and can not be cancelled within its first 90 days. It takes approx. 90 days for the entire process to be completed. If cancelled within first 90 days there is no refund. Because, it cost us more money to build the corporate profile than client pays us. Once we start the work on a file, the fees paid to us are vested and spent immediately on building corporate profile. After 90 days if we could not perform as per the contract we then gladly refund 100% of the fee paid to us. We explain this to everyone at time of signing contract.

__We been here 5 days a week - M-F from 9 a.m. till 5 p.m. for the last 11 years. We talk live to all our clients and prospective clients and return their phone calls or their e-mails immediately.
