Mr. Allan can't even use his normal name. He is not compliant with any laws. I have filed a report with MLD & I resigned because he chose to abuse my license.  He alters emails, he gives out client's incormation to anyone who will listen because he likes to name drop on big clients. He has an unlicensed employee pulling credit with his sign-on before he even looks at a client. He tried to tell us me leaving would shut his business down & he would kill himself & unprofessionally called my husband multiple times on top of texting him at 1 am - he is psychotic. I let MLD know I was protecting my license & severed ties with Mr. Allan/ AKA a name he can't even use now.

I work for  one of All American Home Mortgage's attorneys and am responding to the defamatory post above. For obvious reasons, i will not be referencing my name.  This post was placed by Tracy Dawahare, a former employee of AAHM who was employed for the firm for  less than five weeks.

AAHM was the 9th employer that Dawahare has brrn employed by during the previous 10 years. This information is viewable at:

WWW.NMLSCONSUMERACCESS.ORG Although she was employed only during February and March of 2018 Dawahare falsley states that she was employed January-April 2018. The fact that Dawahare and the truth have nothing in common should suprise noone.

We have commenced legal action against Mark and Tracy Dawahare and anticipate that they will be served with the US District Court complaint NLT June 15, 2018.

Her emplyment ended on March 31st when Mark Dawahare phoned the firm's president and stated, "My wife left the home on foot this morning and i have not seen her for six hours. Have you seen her? Mr. Dawahare drove to the AAHM office where a  recorded conversation with the President occurred.

The conversation was interrupted by his wife's repated calls to her husband. Her husband then went on to state that they had previously filed for divorce, that the employment at All American was a blessing and that his wife would indeed return to work on Monday. Subsequent texts from the husband to the President implored him to please allow him to handle it his way and that everyone was going back to work on Monday and forget about the entire incident. Copies of those text messages will be available to the public when the complaint is filed. 

The husband went on to state that it had happened before, that they had previously filed for divorce, that Tracy was responsbile for the pyament of the couple's health insurance premium and for their children's college tuition.

The Dawahares' post on this website is defamatory and by definition blatantly false and posted for the sole reason of the intentional infliction of emotional distress and to financially damage Dawahare's former employer.

Dawahare is now with  her 10th employer in 10 years.

The US District Court complaint will be available to the public when filed.
